Our Mission

Palette Skills is leading Canada in an inclusive transition to growth sectors of our economy by fostering an ecosystem of rapid upskilling solutions, helping innovative companies meet their talent needs, and transitioning high potential, untapped workers into growing careers.

Scaling Impact

Building a National Ecosystem

Upskilling workers at the scale necessary requires an ecosystem-level approach. Palette Skills is taking the insights, models, and lessons we’ve learned over the past five years, and working with partners across the country to develop a new talent system that enables cross-sector career transitions through employer-led upskilling.

Increasing Productivity

As technology changes and companies innovate, fewer workers have the skills required to meet the needs of Canada’s high-growth industries.

We help upskill and transition workers, giving them a pathway to a new career.

Reframing the skills gap

Upskilling enough workers to keep Canada’s economy thriving requires a national approach.

Palette Skills works with partners to develop talent pipelines and keep Canadian businesses globally competitive.

At Palette Skills, we define upskilling as any program that deploys skills development to help someone move into a new job.
