Our website is undergoing improvements this week. You may experience minor disruptions. We appreciate your understanding.

Withdraw:

We understand that sometimes, unexpected things can occur that would make it difficult to attend an upcoming program. If you need to withdraw your enrollment, we respectfully request at least 5 business days‘ notice before the start of the pre-week programming.

For our SalesCamp program, you may withdraw from enrollment by emailing us at salescamp_admissions@paletteskills.org.

For our Digital Agriculture Specialist Program, you may withdraw from enrollment by emailing us at agtech_admissions@paletteskills.org.

Please note that deposits, refunds and program deferrals fall under the policies below.

Refunds

After accepting the offer of admission to one of our programs, you must reserve your spot by paying the program fee within five (5) business days of receiving your invoice. After the five (5) business days pass, your offer of enrollment may be revoked (or deferred for SalesCamp). If applicants are admitted to the program with fewer than five (5) business days remaining before the start of pre-week, payment in full will be due no later than two (2) business days before the start of the program.

In the event that Palette Skills moves a program start date due to instructor availability, etc., and you are unable to attend, Palette will refund 100% of your paid program fee.

If a participant is removed from the program as a result of policy violations and/or not meeting program conditions, the program fee will not be refunded.

No refunds will be given after four (4) business days before the start of a program, or at any point thereafter. This includes full and partial payments made at any time before, after or during the program.

All refunds are issued through email e-transfer or credit card.

E-transfer via Plooto Credit Card
You will be provided with an e-mail e-transfer through Palette’s payment provider, Plooto. On average this process takes 10-14 days depending on your bank. You will be required to provide your credit card information to the Palette Finance team which includes full name, credit card number, CVV, expiry date, street address, and postal code. Please note that all refunds will be charged a 3.5% processing cost. On average, this process will take 5-7 days.

* Please note we do not keep credit card or banking information on file. If you have opted to participate in a PayBright payment plan and are requesting a refund, PayBright will refund the amount to your chosen method of payment.

Deferrals (*SalesCamp only):

If a participant wishes to defer their start date, the program fee may be carried forward for four (4) months. If you defer your program start date, and Palette Skills at its discretion chooses to stop offering or not to run the program for any reason, the program fee will not be refunded.
