We work with industry partners, academic institutions, researchers and other non-profits to identify in-demand skilling areas, build upskilling curriculum, launch pilot programs and scale existing programs. We start by understanding the sector needs, career opportunities and in-demand skills and look for partners that can help us develop curriculums and identify program candidates.
We build all of our programs with industry leaders and hiring partners to ensure that we’re preparing participants for the in-demand roles in growing sectors. Partnership is essential for identifying the skills that sustainable sectors need to grow and thrive.
All of our programs include coaching and soft skills development, including building business acumen and developing language for specific industries. This is an essential part of the upskilling process and for delivering strong outcomes for industry.
