We plan to offer a range of programs in British Columbia and are looking for a Program Manager in British Columbia to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program design, development and delivery for existing and new programs in the province. You will also lead a team responsible for delivering the cohorts.
Delivering a smooth experience for both our program participants and hiring partners is critical to Palette’s success. This is why we’re looking for a motivated, organized and results-driven Programs Officer. You will be working closely with our Program Managers to manage the operations aspects of Palette programs.
We’re looking for a Director of Business Development to lead our growing business development team. Under your leadership, the team will be primarily responsible for scoping industry demand across multiple sectors and geography, developing and implementing the strategy to recruit industry partners and program applicants and build and lead a team of business development reps.
We’re looking for a motivated, organized and results-driven Programs Officer. You will be working closely with our Program Managers to manage the operations aspects of Palette programs. This includes, but is not limited to managing the participant onboarding process, coordinating the logistics for the program, and supporting participants during the training and job searching process.
We are looking for an organized, results-driven, process-oriented Human Resources Lead. Under the overall direction of the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for leading recruitment, developing HR policies and procedures, implementing best practices related to employee experience, compensation & rewards, regulatory compliance and so forth.
We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Program Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program. In this role, you will lead a team that includes cybersecurity instructors and the program delivery team at Palette and Fields. In this role, we’re looking for someone who is creative, is not scared to try new things, and is excited to design, develop and implement new types of skills enhancing programming. You must be strategic yet not afraid to roll up your sleeves. This role will require you to be an effective communicator and comfortable dealing with senior executives across a variety of organizations.
We’re looking for an Employer Partner Lead. Under the overall direction of the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for all aspects of company recruitment: identifying, prospecting and qualifying new hiring partners through various channels for our existing and new programs. You will be our first point of contact for a potential hiring partner.
