Training that gets you a job

We know that your priority is to find a good job as soon as possible. And you’re not starting from scratch. We offer a 6-week full-time program designed to build on your existing talents. It’s optimized to move you through your career transition quickly and effectively.

Learn skills that employers want

We work with employers to design and deliver training to ensure that the skills you’re learning are the most current, relevant and in-demand.

Get back to work

The best way to show an employer that you’re worth hiring is to work alongside them and prove it. We help you get out of the classroom and into the office (and earning money) with our 3-4 month job placement.

In our pilot, you’ll get to:

  • Learn world-class sales and marketing practices from top industry leaders.

  • Launch your career in the digital economy at a fast-growing technology company in the GTA.

  • Get ahead of the automation curve in Canada’s rapidly changing job market.

To join a pilot you’ll need to be:

  • Excited about the prospect of working in sales or marketing, such as inside sales, account manager, sales engineer, at a fast-growing technology company in the GTA.

  • Currently working a role that is highly likely to be eliminated due to automation, or perhaps you were recently let go from a job. Or you’re new to Canada, or returning to the workforce after some time because of parenting obligations or another reason.

  • You don’t have previous B2B sales work experience (it’s a bonus if you do!) but people often tell you that you’re persuasive, resourceful, persistent, have a strong work ethic and aren’t afraid to leave your comfort zone.

  • Able to attend 6 weeks of full-time training in June 2019 in the GTA and complete a paid job placement in the GTA for 3-4 months immediately after training. The job placement is a ‘no-obligation’ period during which you and your employer can assess your fit.

  • Eligible to work in Canada.

Don’t fit these criteria, but still interested?

You might not be interested in sales/marketing or you may not live in the GTA. No problem. We’re planning additional cohorts focused on different skills and in different regions across the country. Sign up to hear more about other cohorts, program insights and other important news.
