PURPOSE:
This policy outlines the guidelines around reapplying to programs delivered by Palette Skills.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REAPPLICATION:
Individuals may reapply to programs if they were unsuccessful in a previous application or had an incomplete submission. Reapplicants must adhere to application timelines and meet eligibility criteria.
Individuals who previously did not complete a program or were withdrawn from a program are not eligible for reapplication.
TIMELINE:
Individuals may apply for a later cohort. They must observe program-specific timelines and application cycles.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Applications must be completed and submitted with required documentation and updated responses to questions. We strongly encourage individuals to share information about changes and improvements made since the individual’s previous application. For example, if you have gained additional work or volunteer experience or have completed additional training like a certificate on Linkedin Learning.
REVIEW & DECISIONS ON REAPPLICATIONS:
Applications go through a rigorous review process. Application decisions are final. Palette Skills reserves the right to consider the entire application history during the review.
REAPPLICATION LIMITATIONS:
Reapplications should demonstrate growth and improvement. Application decisions are final. Individuals may apply more than once to a program. However, applications to the same cohort will not be reviewed. To be eligible, reapplications must be to new cohort dates. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements and adhere to admissions and program timelines.
POLICY REVIEW:
This policy is subject to review and will be updated by Palette Skills from time to time.
